How can I help you?

Through my private psychotherapy and supervision practice I offer therapy appointments, Gestalt art experience workshops, art therapy courses for counsellors and mental health workers, and I offer supervision to counsellors, psychologists and students.

Therapy appointments are offered online or in person at West End, Brisbane. The cost for a one hour session is $130.

Workshops and courses are also offered online or in person in Brisbane western suburbs. Bookings can be made by emailing me through the contact form below.

Helen McWilliam Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Art Workshops and Courses:  Helen facilitates Gestalt Art Experience Workshops that are held over one day. Art Therapy Courses are held over a four week period, this course is suitable for therapists and counsellors and is endorsed by PACFA for CPD hours.

Counselling:  Helen offers counselling sessions online and in person. Sessions are offered online on Tuesdays, and in person on Wednesdays and Thursdays at West End, Brisbane.

Supervision:  Supervision is offered to counsellors, psychologists and students.

All services are offered online and in person in Brisbane, Australia. Online appointments are offered on Tuesdays, and in person appointments are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays at West End, Brisbane.
