At the first session I focus on what is happening for you and determine how I can help you. You may choose to do talk therapy, work with the body and the breath and include art.
What does Art Therapy on line look like? You have your art materials with you near your computer. You may use textas and some plain paper or pastels or paint. I demonstrate the process then guide you through a process using your art materials.
I do online counseling and Art Therapy using Zoom. I send you an email and you follow the links.
