About me...

I am a practising Gestalt psychotherapist. I work with individual clients, couples and facilitate art therapy and creativity workshops in Brisbane and on line. I work in a way that supports the client and may include art and sand play.
For many years I practised as an artist. I noticed how I experienced inner peace and liveliness when I worked with images and colour. I studied art therapy and began to change how I worked. As a result, I engage with others more deeply as I experienced art as a way of healing.
Years of travel, work, study, the birth of children and grandchildren, moving to a community in the bush, a new partner in my life, slowly, happily, evolved my life. Then, in my sixties, I was devastated by the loss of my partner. My sense of peace and trust in life was changed. Now, after further study, and establishing my own psychotherapy practice, I have a zest for life I never imagined possible.
I have recently moved from my small community near Kyogle in Northern New South Wales, to live with my family in Brisbane. After completing my Masters in Gestalt Therapy, I have a busy private psychotherapy and supervision practice and run Gestalt art workshops. I see clients on line and in Brisbane.
My professional qualifications include Bachelor of Social Science, Southern Cross University; Master Of Gestalt Therapy, Gestalt Therapy Brisbane. I am a clinical member of PACFA. and registered Accredited Supervisor.
